Hey all! Guess what? I just received the Olson Scholars Programme Scholarship today!! So Happy!! Inside the envelope, was a cheque for $788 and I get full subsidy of school fees and miscellanous fees! Isn't that great? I'm so happy!
The only thing that marred my day was the 9/10 for my Chinese Informal Letter Writing Test...Jessica, Claudia, Ethel and Feng An got full marks...I'm so jealous. I know I sound like such a sore loser but honestly, my heart sank when I heard my marks. I'm such a loser...I know...you don't have to tell me. Anyway, during free period, Se Kwon a.k.a. Kimchi was giving out the scholarship letters and that cheered me up! Hurray!
The new schedule takes effect next week so from next week onwards, I end school at 2.15pm and 1.15pm on Fridays. At least its better than ending at 2.25pm.
Prisca and I joined the main choir today for CCA. We just did the warm-up exercises before we were allowed to go home. Adeline lost her water-bottle in the Science Lab today so naturally, accompanied her to go retrieve it.
Prisca was whining about having to go to a Young Writer's Seminar tomorrow. Cheer up Prisca! Maybe it'll be a success for you! Wish I could go with her but I can't. I have Chinese tuition tomorrow. Speaking of tuition, I haven't done my composition yet! AHH! Must chiong tonight...
I seriously can't wait until my birthday next week when I would officially turn 13! But being Sec 1 sucks because you're the youngest in the school and the seniors see us as "smallfry". Damn...
