Methodist WalkHad the Methodist Walk yesterday which was a complete and total waste of time. I could have spent the morning sleeping because I slept rather late the night before, but no, they just had to make us attend the walk.
So, yesterday morning, my dad sent me to school. Met Claire, Jessica, Claudia and Camille at the walkway. We hung around for a while until there was an announcement for us to go to assemble at the parade square. Strolled leisurely there and managed to find the class, sat down. After a while, they let us out of the school compound and we walked to ACS(I). Lined up and sat down. The grass was carpet grass and it was kind of dirty. The programme before the walk was super boring. Sang two gospel songs and had benediction, speeches, the usual. Then at last, the flag-off. The VIPs went first, then we went. Walked out with Rachel, Piao Lin, Jessica, Claudia, Grace.
The walk was around the Dover area. From ACS(I), we walked to Dover MRT, then around Singapore Polytechnic, then past my brother's old school, then all the way back. 4KM in total. I walked the entire way with Rachel because Piao Lin and the others left us behind:( Rachel and I talked and talked, and the sun was like, burning. And my shirt was size M, super big. So I've learnt my lesson and I vow never to take a shirt in size M ever again.
When Rachel and I were walking into ACS(I), I saw Frederick!! Well, technically he saw me first and he shouted "Jayne Chan!" at me and I turned around and saw him. Was rather happy to see him anyway because he is a familiar face after all. So, headed to where the class was and Rachel and I dumped our bags on the ground before going to get our buns and drinks. My dad picked me up after the walk was over.
TuitionTuition yesterday was rather boring...the usual. Had 大风吹 today but nobody drawed my seat number so I'm still sitting in the same place, right at the back. Dongwei moved to the second row...and Zhiyong moved to somewhere in the middle. Now, I'm sitting beside Chongsin. Noooo..I mean, I have nothing against him or whatever but he isn't as fun as Dongwei. Nevermind, its just one term that I have to put up with him. I was actually supposed to sit beside Joy but she moved one seat front so Chongsin came behind...:(
ChurchChurch was VERY, MAJORLY boring today. The speaker was super boring and peppered his sentences with a lot of "errr" and "umm". Was yawning non-stop in the front seat. I was doodling on my book. Christine too. Just came back from lunch. I need to buy my assessment books, B version!! I desperately need it!! Now!! But the rest of my family is at the zoo now so I'm stuck at home.
Have to get started on my homework now...
