I can't believe how tired I am these days. Sometimes, the fatigue just overwhelms me and pulls me under. Take yesterday as an example. I was doing my work when my head felt extremely heavy and I had a headache. My eyelids drooped and before you know it, I fell asleep at my desk, oblivious to my surroundings. The next moment, when I woke up, it was already 7pm and I slept at 6pm. Then, yesterday night, I was working on the math project until 11.30 before I went to sleep. This morning, I woke up at 8.30, bleary-eyed and tousled, unable to go back to sleep.
Honestly, I think its my sleeping pattern that is to blame. I sleep late and wake up early for no reason. No matter how late I sleep, I always get up at the latest, 9am. This is just crazy. I need my sleep! I keep falling asleep at my desk, and not very conspicously, but in school as well. I've been suffering from dark eye circles and tiredness. I can't stand it anymore.
